Getting started

No matter if it’s for a customer, a team member or yourself; if you want to reach a destination, you have to start your journey. The Modere Weight Management Program offers a series of three easy to follow steps to help guide users.

We recommend starting by following the phases in order, but once people get the hang of the program and changed their body, they can to use each phase according to their needs.

Here’s the steps.

Phase 1 – Nutrition and Detox (approximately 4 weeks*)

Phase 2 – Kick Start (a special 3 day segment to kick off the phase) and Fat Loss (approximately 4 weeks*)

Phase 3 – Maintenance (approximately 4 weeks*)

In all, that’s about 90 days in which the Modere Weight Management Program can help overturn what could be a lifetime’s worth of habits! It’s a small investment to make for the benefits it can bring!
